Below is a closer look into an original uniform set created for the 2021 season. The idea was to create a 100% custom jersey primarily in black with accents of neon pink and electric blue. Our goal was to create modern, stylized graphics that especially pop in the Miami colorway.
Hand-written script logos and a custom monogram were the eventual direction we landed on. The front wordmark is a wildstyle script that incorporates subtle neon highlights only made possible with full dye sublimation. The left sleeve logo is an intertwined "RC" badge offset with shadow depth and a gradient outline. The right sleeve is a sleek, Mid-Century Modern inspired alternate type treatment that wraps around the cuff.
For the hat, we wanted to strip down the colors and stick with a classic, monochromatic lettermark. Combining 3D puff embroidery with flat stitching, makes the logo jump off the cap.
